The state of the workforce is in flux. A record-breaking 4.3 million Americans resigned in August and earlier this year, the SEC put organizations on notice with new diversity, equity, and inclusion disclosures. This quarter, we launched Visier NOW, two new products designed to help organizations navigate the challenges around employee retention and DEI.

In addition, we celebrated the accomplishments of amazing HR leaders that guided their companies through the storm of the last 18 months with daring, vision, empathy, strategy, and connection. The resilience of both HR and the business inspires us everyday at Visier and we’re proud to be able to support them through their biggest challenges—and cheer them on when they hit those big wins.
