Just like that, another HR Technology Conference has come and gone. We were excited by how prominently people analytics featured in nearly every session:
- Josh Bersin proclaimed during his keynote, “If you don’t have a people analytics team yet, you should”
- Stacey Harris revealed that HR Data Analytics roles are the number one planned addition to HR functions in the annual Sierra-Cedar HR Systems Survey Findings
- Stacia Garr of Red Thread Research confirmed the market is hot: Customer growth rate is 16% growth in 2016-2017 to 60% in 2017-2018!
This kind of enthusiasm made the launch of our new people analytics solution for mid-market organizations even sweeter. All conference long, we showed how our enterprise grade people analytics now serves HR teams of all sizes, and also presented how our partnership with Insperity makes it even easier for all kinds of organizations to take advantage of the power of their data.
Even more exciting: we announced from the expo floor that we are now partnered with Ceridian! This new partnership gives us the ability to integrate with Dayforce, Ceridian’s modern cloud HCM software platform, making it easier for mutual customers to exchange data seamlessly.
Take a look at our key takeaways (link below) to discover what else is new in the HR technology landscape, employee well-being, AI in recruiting, and more.
1000 better decisions were made…but there was one clear winner
An abundance of people analytics success stories came out of the conference–everything from big employee turnover reduction projects that saved millions to examples of everyday decisions made better with analytics.
We captured many of these “everyday” stories beforehand and selected eight stories to bring to HR Tech. We then asked attendees to vote for who they believed best took advantage of people analytics to have an impact at their organization. The winner
We are so pleased to present the winner of this contest:
We’ve been working a lot to transform our company, especially in Brazil, into a talent company by investing in different solutions that helps us to attract talent people and high-performance people that fit with our culture. We realized that not only is attracting this profile important, but of greater importance is to take care of our current talents.
In this environment, we use Visier to monitor our ‘consistent stars’, to understand them in these dimensions: 1) Time Since Promotion, 2) Compa Ratio, 3) Career Path. We believe that it is very important for them to have visibility of a career path, that the company is providing appropriate financial rewards, and we engage them in Mentoring or External Coaching program (meaning [we are] investing on them).
Visier helps us to decide in whom we must invest more [from] a compensation, talent development, recognition and benefits perspective.
Thank you to everyone that stopped by our booth to learn more about our solutions, vote in our contest, see a demo, learn more about our incredible partners, or just to say hello!
And remember, you don’t have to wait till next year’s #HRTechConf to see a demo of Visier. Here’s how you can see it in action anytime you want.
