At Visier, we’re continuously revolutionizing our platform and Vee, our AI agent, by introducing new features every quarter. And this year will be no different.

By connecting your people and work data, our platform delivers a competitive edge, enabling you to strategically manage your workforce—from reducing unwanted attrition and accelerating talent acquisition to optimizing costs and elevating productivity. We’re proud to deliver in areas that we know our customers care about most, as shown by their positive feedback.

Colleen Houlihan

"If I had to choose one word to describe Visier, it would be dynamic. The reason is that there is so much that you can do in the tools. I also think that the Visier leadership team is very receptive to feedback and so they're very transparent with us…they're really willing to listen and adapt and change based on the trends in the market and then also what their customers are asking for.”

Coming up in our apps and user experience

To address the needs of various stakeholders, we are delivering core Visier application innovations focused on enhancing usability, data clarity, and configurability.

These advancements include a better user experience with new personalized alerts and improved visualizations, with future support for multiple calendar types, flexible filtering, and new industry-focused benchmarks. What’s more, we’re accelerating data validation so that PA teams and their consumers can have greater trust in the insights they receive.

For our Platform, a detailed focus on data integration and governance

The core platform development areas enable faster resolution of data quality issues, more granular security controls, and enhanced risk management. All of these improvements are designed to allow customers to bring more data into Visier faster, and with the confidence that they are publishing trusted insights to their management teams and HRBPs. We’re also deeply committed to providing IT users with the necessary control over integration options and governance to keep their systems synchronized and compliant.

  • Enhanced governance and controls: We are investing in more flexible access controls with more detailed visibility into who has access to what, and in the future, we will add the ability to preview security changes before publishing. These enhancements allow customers to publish more insights to more employees, confidently and securely.

  • Data modeling and prototyping: We have released real-time ERD (an in-app metadata diagram) and are developing a secure sandbox for prototyping to allow customers to safely pilot enhancements to their deployment. For instance, by adding Salesforce Opportunity data to Visier, we can determine which pipeline should be reviewed based on Visier’s employee attrition risk predictor. Building upon this, an AI assistant is coming soon to our in-app Studio to simplify data modeling and recommend metadata changes, helping admins better measure and optimize HR programs.

  • Extensibility and integration: Throughout 2025, we’ve released 14 new extensions, including two in the fall release, which help integrate data like point-of-sale and travel expenses for finance teams. The POS extension, for instance, provides deep insights into how staffing and new hire onboarding relate to store-level efficiency and sales performance.

One of our large healthcare enterprise customers expressed that these features have enabled them to "make really, really smart decisions about what the right number of positions to post is, and what [they] do next for our organization as a whole.”

Next-level advanced AI and agentic intelligence

We’re evolving our AI capabilities to provide proactive, intelligent insights and recommended next steps that enhance decision-making enterprise-wide. A core focus area is on improving manager effectiveness—a critical need given that ineffective managers are a direct cause of negative outcomes like burnout, high regrettable attrition. According to Gartner research, employees who report to poor managers are three times more likely to quit and 15 times more likely to be low performers.

To support these essential leaders, we are working on a multi-faceted tool that delivers core capabilities in performance intelligence, strategic goal alignment, and ongoing talent optimization.

Next-generation Vee, our AI Agent

We’ve continued to improve the performance and accuracy of Vee, our AI agent, ensuring customers receive faster answers to their analytics queries. Today, Vee’s advanced technology is experiencing rapid growth, with a 40% increase in customer adoption and a 100% increase in active users. This increase in active users is largely driven by customers bringing Vee beyond the PA and HRBP team and into the business.

Leveraging the latest frontier models, to ensure continued performance and stability, Vee will be enhanced to offer even more agentic AI—delivering deeper insights by answering the “why” behind the data, handling complex, multi-step analysis workflows, with tailored guidance and integration across Visier.

Sameer Raut

“Vee is the future. It’s a game changer for the less tech-savvy to access insights—like managers who can ask a simple question about their turnover and get back an immediate answer instead of coming to the people analytics team.”

Introducing an expanded AI Ecosystem

The launch of our Model Context Protocol in the fall represented a critical milestone as it securely opened a “single front door” and provided the foundation for Visier to integrate with major Agentic platforms, including OpenAI ChatGPT, Salesforce AgentForce, Microsoft Copilot, and Anthropic Claude. The MCP Server provides a secure, standardized methodology that allows AI agents to query metrics, dimensions, and analytic objects for streamlined access and interpretation of Visier’s workforce data.  Integrating this way allows the HR team and IT teams to partner, whereby AI standards are set by IT, and best-of-breed AI agents like Vee can seamlessly support that corporate strategy.

On the roadmap is the ability to deliver Vee notifications directly into natural collaboration workspaces like MS Teams and Salesforce Slack, so users receive relevant alerts without ever leaving their flow of work. Integration with MS Teams is already live for Vee, and support for Salesforce Slack will be available soon.

Expanded capabilities in workforce planning and organizational design

The primary areas of focus are on connecting people, skills, and planning to empower leaders in proactively managing workforce strategy and organizational structure. Key innovations center on developing a skills-informed talent strategy—including the ability to calculate skill-fit—and delivering powerful, AI-assisted tools for interactive workforce planning and organizational design.

We’re working on new planning models and enhanced extensibility to integrate external data, and push data via an API to other planning solutions, such as your FP&A system.

As we look ahead into 2026, the Visier team is proud to remain at the forefront of workforce intelligence, committed to delivering the solutions our global customers need most. Stay tuned for more insights on these areas as we continue to innovate throughout the year ahead.
