VISIER TALENT AGENTS
AI agents just took over your talent programs. Good.
Completion rates tell you who finished a task. Talent Agents tell you what changed, because every manager acted at the exact moment it mattered.

The Cycle
HR programs look fine on paper. They fall apart at scale.

“55% of senior HR leaders say lack of manager follow-through, not program design, is the single most common reason talent programs fail.”
How it works
Start Here
Start with one simple question: What business outcome do we need to move?
Visier Talent Agents will have you covered - no matter your use case.

Detect
Catch signals no single system can see
See flight risk, skills gaps, and more, forming before any single system can flag them
Catch the specific pattern your program is designed to act on in real time

Guide
Reach managers before they know to act
Push personalized guidance to managers in Teams, Slack, or email, at the moment action can still change the outcome
Give every manager a next step tailored to what the data shows about their team instead of a generic nudge
Let managers practice difficult conversations before they have it with roleplays built from individual employee signals

Track
Intervene before it’s too late
See what managers are acting and which aren’t, across every running program in real time
Focus HRBP attention where the data says it matters most, not where it’s been requested loudest

Prove
Prove impact
Show whether the program moved the business outcomes it was designed to change, not completion rates
Walk into the budget conversation with a track record, not an ask

Improve
Improve with every cycle
AI learns from every action, improving recommendations as the program progress
Better recommendations lead to better outcomes, and higher manager engagement

VISIER WORKFORCE INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM
Why your HCM, workflow tool or generic AI can't do this
One system can't see the full picture
Your HCM knows its own data, not the comp lag, scheduling pressure, and peer churn forming simultaneously across every system. Single-source signals miss multi-source risk.
Routing a notification isn't knowing what to say
Workflows fire when a threshold is crossed. They don't diagnose why someone is at risk, personalize guidance to that team's actual signals, or connect the action to what changed downstream.
Guidance without grounding is guessing
Generic AI can find a pattern in your data. It doesn't know your organizational context, so it can't tell you what a structural change will cost, who it impacts, or whether your org can handle it.
All three, together
Workforce context, every manager reached, and outcomes proven, in one platform. Nothing combines all three.

Built for AI. Built for Trust. Built for Enterprise.
Visier Talent Agents run on the Visier Workforce Intelligence Platform: a governed data model, refined across 85,000+ organizations, that enforces access the moment guidance is delivered and keeps working as your HCM changes. Every program ships with the context, governance, and security your enterprise expects.

Book a DemoCommon Questions
Is this tracking managers?
Visibility exists so HRBPs and program owners know where to focus
support, not to score manager performance. The Command Centre shows
which managers have engaged with guidance and which haven't, so a gap
can be closed before it shows up in the outcome the program is protecting
— a retention risk, a capability gap ahead of an AI rollout, a restructure
that's drifting off plan.
Is the AI deciding who gets flagged, promoted, or let go?
No. The system surfaces signal, like a team showing early flight-risk
patterns, a capability gap ahead of a transformation, or a cost variance
forming in a restructure, and delivers guidance on how to approach it. It
doesn't make hiring, pay, or termination recommendations about individual
people, and it doesn't act on its own. Every recommendation goes to a
human - the manager, HRBP, or other decision-maker, who decides
whether and how to act. Human-in-the-loop isn't a safeguard we bolted on;
We're worried about AI risk. Don't we need governance in place before we proceed?
Governance is not a reason to delay, it's the reason to move now. AI tools
are likely already running on workforce data across your organization, often
without HR's involvement, and waiting means losing the window to establish
HR as the authority on that data before ungoverned alternatives from other
teams are adopted. Visier enforces role-based access controls, compliance
standards, and audit trails at the platform level, across every point people
interact with your workforce data.
Does this create exposure under the EU AI Act or similar workforce AI regulation?
Workforce AI regulation - the EU AI Act and comparable frameworks
emerging in other jurisdictions - is increasingly a board-level compliance
question for global organizations, and specific obligations vary by
jurisdiction and use case. Workforce Activation is built around the principles
regulators are converging on: human-in-the-loop decisions, explainability,
and auditability, rather than retrofitting them after the fact. We work with
your legal and compliance teams to map specifics to your footprint.
Is this a product, or a custom build for us?
Both, by design. Workforce Activation is configured to your organization -
your programs, your workflows, your definitions - rather than a fixed module
you conform to. But it's built on the Visier's Workforce Intelligence Platform
and enabled by program templates, not coded from scratch, so you get the
fit of a bespoke solution with the speed and scale of a product. Most
programs stand up in weeks.
Couldn't we build this ourselves?
You could start. The hard part isn't the AI model - it's everything underneath
it: unifying workforce data across systems, keeping it accurate as those
systems change, enforcing entitlements at the moment guidance is
delivered, and grounding the AI so it acts according to your organization's
policies and doesn't hallucinate or leak across roles. Teams that take this on
typically spend 12–18 months and a permanent engineering line before they
match what Visier delivers in weeks, and then they own the maintenance
forever.
We already use Visier for Workforce Insights / Workforce Planning — isn't this the same thing?
No - it's the next stage of the same operating model. Workforce Insights tells
you what's happening in your workforce today: where the risk is, where the
gap is, where the cost is drifting. Workforce Planning tells you what the
workforce needs to look like and models the tradeoffs to get there.
Workforce Activation is the step beyond both - it takes the risk Insights
identified, or the plan Planning modeled, and gets it in front of the specific
manager who needs to act on it, then tracks whether they did and what
changed. Understand, Plan, Activate: three stages, one governed
foundation. Insights and Planning tell you what's true and what should
happen. Activation makes sure it happens.
Our HRBPs handle manager follow-through directly
At an average ratio 1 HRBP for every 40 managers, your HRBPs reach
some managers some of the time. Workforce Activation doesn't replace
HRBPs — it gives them visibility into where to focus, and handles consistent
delivery to the rest of the manager population that their ratio makes
structurally impossible. HRBP becomes a targeted
Won't managers just ignore another tool?
They would, if this asked them to learn something new. It doesn't. Guidance
shows up in Teams, Slack, email, or wherever your managers already work,
not a new dashboard they have to remember to check. We've seen the
alternative fail before: before Visier, a customer deploying a prior program
pushed 50+ prompts through a new interface and lost managers to
information overload. The fix wasn't better content - it was meeting
managers where they already are, with tailored guidance when they need it.
Our data isn't clean enough for this
Workforce Activation runs on Visier's Workforce Intelligence Platform, which
exists to ingest, harmonize, and enrich workforce data from disparate HR
and business systems. Data readiness is a prerequisite Visier handles, not
a barrier the buyer has to solve before engaging.
