You can’t close workforce gaps you can’t see
Educated guesses don’t hold up with leadership. Especially when things go wrong.

Scattered data
Workforce data lives across deeply embedded HR and Finance systems. Meaning data pulls take time.

Shaky assumptions
Headcount moves fail to account for backfills, severance and coverage. Making impact unclear at first.

Premature decisions
Managers hire, source and relocate without visibility into plans. Actuals surface after budget spend.

Credibility hits
Both the CHRO and CFO are accountable to Boards demanding answers faster than ever.
Suddenly the workforce isn’t just human
AI agents and tools make coverage and capabilities even more unclear

The pressure is cranked to roll out AI strategy. To watch for unexpected gaps, coverage that breaks. To prove impact, at scale.
But what mostly worked before, isn’t working. Because of all the unknowns. Because of how much faster everything is moving.
Gap: you don’t understand true risk without a view of your workforce as it exists this second (both human and AI).
Gap: you can’t prove program impact (beyond completion rates and satisfaction scores) without a bunch of manual work you don’t have capacity for.
These are the gaps that Visier Workforce AI is built to fill.

Talk to SalesContact SalesCommon questions
Won't our HCM have this eventually?
Not at this level of engineering, with workforce context. Those systems record that a review or calibration happened. They don't show whether the manager followed through, whether a successor got more ready, or whether a gap actually closed.
Can't we just use HRBPs, training, or AI coaching tools we already have?
That just perpetuates the problem. You're already paying for through manual coordination, spreadsheet succession tracking, and PA queue delays. Those tools deliver actions; they don't prove that actions closed a gap, which is what protects the investment at the next budget review.
Will managers actually adopt another tool?
Managers don't have to log into anything new. Guidance reaches them in their existing workflow, so Core HR and HRBPs aren't stuck translating a tool nobody opens.
Isn’t instant scenario modeling an oversimplification?
No. It doesn't touch your modeling process. It gives WFP and TM a verified, governed baseline of current capability and succession coverage to plan against, instead of assumptions no one's checked since the last org change.
Will this increase our workload or reduce it?
It's meant to replace manual data prep and hand-coordinated succession check-ins with governed delivery. For WFP, the payoff is influence: shaping the plan before decisions lock. Not reconciling after.
Doesn't this replace what HRBPs do?
No, it scales their reach. At a 1:40 HRBP-to-manager ratio, consistent follow-through by hand is impossible. This runs consistent guidance across the full manager population so HRBPs can focus on the conversations that need a human.
What if our data quality isn't ready?
No org has perfectly clean data. The intent is to govern it as part of the solution, not require perfection first.
Couldn't we just build this in Power BI?
No, because BI access alone also lacks a workforce-specific model for defining skill, readiness, and critical role consistently.
Can the CHRO defend this to the CFO and board if outcomes don't show up?
The proof is meant to speak in Finance terms: cost of the gap persisting vs. cost of the action taken, cost of an external search avoided through a ready internal successor, and redeployed employee retention and performance vs. an equivalent external hire.
Shouldn't IT own the data model?
Internal builds tend to recreate the same problems: modeling complexity, maintenance burden, and dependency on IT's roadmap. IT should own infrastructure and governance; the data model itself needs to stay with whoever's accountable for those definitions being right.
