John Schwarz, is the Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Visier.

John has a lifelong commitment to the continuing improvement of business performance through the use of technology.

Prior to founding Visier, he led and doubled the size and profitability of Business Objects from 2005 to 2010 through seven strategic acquisitions and a merger with SAP. Following the SAP acquisition, John joined the SAP Executive Board and oversaw the successful integration and expansion of SAP's business intelligence business.

John was President and Chief Operating Officer of Symantec during the period of its biggest expansion from 2001 to 2005. He began his career in technology at IBM, where over 25 years he contributed to the evolution of IBM from a hardware to software-and-services led business.

John is a respected industry expert and has been covered in publications such as NYTimes, WSJ, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fast Company, TechCrunch, and VentureBeat.

John is a Director on the Boards of Synopsys, Teradata and Chairman of the Board of Avast as well as a former board member of SuccessFactors and Verity, and a member of the Dalhousie University Advisory Board.

Greg S. Goldfarb joined Summit Partners in 2002. Prior to Summit, he worked for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide where he was Director of E-Commerce and Director of Starwood's Innovation Lab.

Based in Summit's Menlo Park office, Greg is active in the firm's investment activities in North America, Europe and Asia, and focuses primarily on the technology and healthcare & life sciences sectors. His board directorships and investments include Clearwater Analytics, Cloudmark, IntelliChem (acquired by Symyx Technologies), LiveOffice (acquired by Symantec Corporation), Philz Coffee, ProClarity Corporation (acquired by Microsoft), Rocket Fuel, TeleSign Holdings, The Mutual Fund Store (acquired by Warburg Pincus), Tiny Prints (acquired by Shutterfly), Web Reservations International (acquired by Hellman & Friedman), Winshuttle Holdings, and Wowza Media Systems.

Greg holds an BA, magna cum laude, in government from Harvard University.

Michael is a senior investor in Goldman Sachs' Asset Management business where he leads growth investments in the technology sector. In addition to serving on Visier's Board of Directors, Michael currently supports the management teams at Bloomreach, CommerceHub, Netskope, and Nextiva. Michael joined Goldman Sachs in 2012, and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Ryan is the President, CEO and Co-founder of Visier.

A pioneer in the Business Intelligence Industry, Ryan brings more than twenty years of Business Intelligence (BI) and Enterprise Software expertise to Visier, having led and contributed to the industry's leading technologies and products.

Prior to co-founding Visier, Ryan was the original author and the Chief Software Architect for the Crystal Enterprise Platform. During his time at Crystal, he led the team through a succession of innovation and growth stages culminating in a successful post-acquisition integration with Business Objects. This was followed by an acquisition by SAP where Ryan continued to lead worldwide BI innovation as Vice President of Engineering for SAP Business Objects.

Ryan's passion for software, data science and analytics stems from a deep desire to help facilitate fact-based decision making in the business world and beyond. It is his belief that analytic workflows and automation will one day inform everyday activities, making it easier for all of us to make better, more effective choices.

For 14 years, Tina Jones has spearheaded the global talent strategy at Cadence, a leading technology company consistently named to the Fortune Best Companies to Work For list. Jones has a unique background–as an attorney who specialized in litigation, employment counseling and executive compensation–and brings this broad experience as well as an analytical mindset to her roles as an executive and a board member.

Prior to retirement, Mr. Robinson was the Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for CommonSpirit Health. He has over forty years of progressive human resources experience and holds both a BA in Business Administration and a Masters in Human Resources & Labor Relations from Michigan State University. Mr. Robinson is a transformational executive leader who successfully revitalized HR functions for large industry groups including Financial Services, Information Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Banking, and Engineering Services. Through his belief in the power of the human spirit, he has guided HR's evolution from tactical to strategic business partnerships.

Mr. Robinson's career responsibilities include leadership development, process improvement and automation, change management, organizational development, compensation planning, labor relations and collective bargaining, as well as compliance. He has extensive experience in domestic and international HR management. He has served as a trusted partner to CEO's and Board of Directors.

He is a member of the Visier Board of Directors, Impact Advisors healthcare consulting, and a former member of the Advisory Board for MSU's School of Human Resources & Labor Relations, a Board member of Catholic Health Association (CHAUSA), a Governing Body Member for the San Francisco HR Leadership Summit and Board member of the University of Detroit Jesuit High School. He enjoys fiction writing, education philanthropy, golf, traveling, movies, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Robin joined Adams Street in 2008 from 3i Ventures where he was a partner from 2001. Previously Robin served as the Chief Financial Officer for two venture-backed startups in Silicon Valley. He has also held positions with McKinsey & Company, J. Sainsbury PLC, and Ernst & Young – all in London.

Based in Adams Street's Menlo Park office, Robin's current investments include Donuts, Dynamic Signal, GoCardless, Rimini Street (RMNI), Sauce Labs, and Yeahka. Robin's past investments include Ancestry.com (ACOM), Appshop (acquired by ATT), Bitfone (acquired by HPQ), Criteo (CRTO), Demand Media (DMD), Earnest (acquired by NAVI), Fotolog (acquired by HIM.Pa), Merchant eSolutions (acquired by Cielo S.A.), Mobile365 (acquired by SY now SAP), Omniture (OMTR), Placeware (acquired by MSFT), RetailMeNot (SALE), Telesign (acquired by BICS), Vonage (VG), and Zynga (ZNGA).

Robin holds an BSc Chemistry from the University of Bristol and an MBA from Stanford University.

Rob Rueckert joined Sorenson Capital in 2015 to further expand its existing growth-stage technology practice. Prior to joining Sorenson, Rob spent 14 years at Intel Capital based in Silicon Valley and was a managing director in the consumer technology segment (IoT, wearables, drones, etc..). Rob was a voting member of Intel Capital's investment committee.

During his tenure at Intel Capital he invested in more than 50 companies across multiple technology sectors (enterprise software, consumer internet, gaming, security, communications, cloud computing and data platforms) and geographies (North America, China, Western and Eastern Europe, India, Israel and New Zealand). Rob was responsible for identifying transformative technology companies where he could invest and work alongside the management teams, primarily in a board capacity, to help the companies grow towards a successful outcome.

At Intel Capital, Rob managed and oversaw more than 20 successful exits from his portfolio, including 4 IPOs and acquisitions by Oracle, Cisco, Microsoft, Fidelity, American Express, Intel and Telefonica.

Some highlights of his investment portfolio include Accertify (acquired by American Express), Perceptive Pixel (acquired by Microsoft) and Datallegro (acquired by Microsoft) as well as active companies Kabam, Nexmo and Betaworks.

Prior to joining Intel Capital, Rob worked as a technology consultant for Arthur Andersen and has worked for several companies in executive roles. Rob has an MBA from the University of Chicago, a bachelor's degree in information systems from Brigham Young University and is a Kauffman Fellow.

At Foundation Capital, Warren focuses primarily on investments in emerging software companies – both licensed and software as a service – as well as on those in the Cleantech industry. He currently serves on the boards of CLiQr Technologies, ForgeRock, Moxie Software, SilkRoad Technologies, Silver Spring Networks, Trufa and Visier.

Catching emerging technologies and superstar entrepreneurs early is Warren's passion. His close ties with leading universities and research labs give him a window into innovations in their purest form, and he cherishes the chance to work with the smartest minds in business, whether first-timers or Nobel-Prize winners. His involvement with on-demand software companies and Cleantech began years before investing in those areas became a mainstream event.

Warren joined Foundation Capital in 2002 with more than 25 years experience in the software industry, including time as president and CEO of four public and private software companies. Most recently, he was president and CEO of Asera, a real-time software solutions provider.

Previously, Warren served as president and CEO of Prism Solutions during the company's transition from data warehousing tools provider to business intelligence application deliverer. Prior to that, Warren was president of SQRIBE Technologies (now Hyperion) and earlier, president and CEO of SMI. Warren has held numerous other senior executive positions at Next Software (Apple), Continuum (Computer Sciences Corporation) and Dun & Bradstreet Software. He holds a BS from Western Illinois University.
