Gabrielle Toledano Joins Visier’s Board of Directors

Visier welcomes Human Resources Executive Vice President with strong track record of developing influential HR leaders

Visier, the innovation leader in workforce analytics and planning, today announced that Gabrielle Toledano, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Facilities at Electronic Arts, Inc. (EA), has joined Visier’s Board of Directors. Toledano will guide Visier as it broadens adoption of its Applied Big Data solutions for workforce insight and action.

A 25-year HR professional, Toledano is responsible for overseeing workforce development strategies on a global scale at EA. Many of Toledano’s former direct reports moved into prominent HR executive roles for leading organizations such as LinkedIn, Apple, Dolby, Minted, GoPro, ModCloth, Rocket Fuel and Zynga. Two senior HR leaders who have reported to Toledano at Electronic Arts include Steve Cadigan, who became the VP of Talent for LinkedIn, and Jeff Ryan, who became the SVP of HR for CBS Interactive, and is now the VP of People for GoPro.

“Gabrielle is a great leader who sets a high bar for herself and others,” says Cadigan, who is currently the founder of Cadigan Talent Ventures. “She’s a grounded leader who has a real knack for putting the right people in the right roles. I have yet to find another HR leader who has groomed more executive HR talent than she has.”

Prior to joining EA, Toledano held a number of senior HR roles at technology companies, including Siebel Systems, Microsoft, and Oracle. Toledano received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University, followed by a Rotary Scholarship assignment in Santiago, Chile. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
