Carrie Blouin is the Team Lead for HR Reporting and Analytics at the City of Edmonton. She has had the privilege of working at the City of Edmonton for over 14 years. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of HR roles. She is excited to be a part of the HR Analytics journey.
