Visier Announces Winners of Inaugural ‘Vizzies’ Awards
First-ever Vizzies Awards celebrate excellence in people analytics; Recipients honored at Visier’s Outsmart 2018 event in San Francisco
Visier, the recognized leader in people analytics and planning, announced the winners of its inaugural Vizzies™ awards. More than 120 enterprises – including many Global 2000 leaders – have chosen Visier People as their people analytics and workforce planning platform. The Vizzies recognize stand-out individuals and teams in the areas of people analytics, data-driven workforce planning, data-driven storytelling, HR impact and business results, and more. “Today, despite aggressive automation at every level of the business, it is critical for leaders to ensure that they have the right people with the flexibility and skills needed to keep running effectively. Understanding how to best hire, develop, engage, and retain your workforce—to continually drive better business performance— requires strategic people insight and planning,” said John Schwarz, Co-Founder and CEO, Visier. “We are honored to partner with leading organizations from around the world to help transform their people strategies. The Vizzies symbolize the impact that effective people analytics and workforce planning can have improving business performance.” Visier executives announced winners at a special event in San Francisco, during the company’s Outsmart 2018 event taking place May 23 and May 24 at the W Hotel in San Francisco.
