People Analytics Trailblazer Awarded to an individual who is a thought leader in the space of people analytics, and has achieved great things at his or her organization, while also succeeding in elevating the field to a new level.
Winner: Mark Berry, Indiana Packers
Data Journalist Awarded to an individual or team that has excelled in the area of data-driven storytelling, creating impact and supporting the development of a data-driven culture within their greater organization.
Winner: Morgan Turnipseed, representing the People Analytics team at BBVA, including Erin Lambert and Kala Northrup
Maverick Awarded to an individual or team that has demonstrated creativity and fearlessness in breaking open a process to enable a data-driven approach to decision making and/or planning.
Winner: John Callery, representing the Workforce Strategy team at BNY Mellon
Catalyst Awarded to a team that has succeeded in achieving broad adoption of Visier within their greater organization.
Winner: Anna Lena Fritzsche, representing the People Analytics team at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, including Alexis Saussinan, Leandra Griep, and Marcel Krauskopf.
Impact Awarded to a team that has engaged in work, leveraging the Visier solutions, to deliver incredible impact and achieve impressive HR and business results.
Winner: Jason Pagan, representing the Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics team at Ascension, including Robert Major, Jonathan Dukes, Jessica Machovec, Will Bryant, and Cheryl Taulman.
First Mover Awarded to a team that demonstrates leadership in the adoption of analytics across HR centers of excellence.
Winner: Andrew Gold, representing the People Analytics team, including Tiffany Zanotelli.
Data Wrangler of the Year Awarded to a team that stuck with it, working with incredibly difficult and/or large data sets to extract valuable insights and results.
Winner: Chase Rowbotham, representing the People Analytics and Operations team at Genentech, including Cari DeLoa, Kerri Belluomini, and Marcin Szychowski.
Partner of the Year Awarded to an individual or team who has partnered with Visier in every sense -- whether in data onboarding, driving adoption, or promoting data driven decision-making.
