The can’t-miss virtual people analytics conference of the year brings together the industry’s foremost thought leaders

Visier, the globally recognized leader in people analytics and planning, today announced the keynotes speakers and session lineup for Outsmart 2020, the foremost people analytics conference of the year. The first ever global virtual event, taking place June 3 and 4th, brings together leading experts in people analytics and workforce planning for the 7th annual event. This year’s Outsmart conference brings together HR leaders from around the globe to discuss the most important aspects of employee experience and workforce planning during unprecedented uncertainty in the market. It is also the first time Outsmart is entirely virtual, allowing attendees from all over the world to benefit from the content throughout the course of two days. Outsmart 2020 keynote speakers include luminary thought leaders in business, and HR. Kicking off the conference is Dr. Roberta Bondar, the world’s first neurologist in space and Canada’s first female astronaut; her session will inspire audience members, and set the tone of the programme to follow.  Day two will begin with HR pioneer, and Rensis Likert Professor David Ulrich. With over 200 books published, David has decades of experience helping organizations build capabilities of leadership, speed, learning, accountability, and talent through leveraging human resources.  Returning to Outsmart this year is a CHRO panel hosted by Visier’s Chief People Officer Paul Rubenstein. Paul will dig deep into the current landscape and worries of a CHRO with a panel of industry leading CHROs, spearheading advanced analytics within their global organizations. The final keynote session will bring together some of the most influential thought leaders in HR, with a roundtable discussion of leading HR analysts featuring Jason Averbook of Leapgen, Megan Buttita of IDC, Stacia Garr of Red Thread Research and Zachary Toof of Deloitte. Other breakout sessions at this year’s conference include:

  • Pay to Stay: How to save money by increasing employee salaries.

  • Putting People Analytics in the Hands of Your Business Users.
