Visier, the leader in Workforce Intelligence, today announced that Lexy Martin has joined the company as Principal, Research and Customer Value. Martin brings more than 40 years of thought leadership experience in introducing workplace initiatives and emerging technologies with a background as a researcher, management consultant, and application development manager. In her new role at Visier, Martin will work closely with Visier customers to support them in their HR transformation.

“Having tracked workforce analytics adoption for over fifteen years, I’ve been a big fan of Visier since its inception. When I decided to return to the workforce, I could not imagine a better place to apply my passion and skills in research, value analysis, and change management,” said Martin. “After just a few days on the job, I’m overjoyed. The people are welcoming, talented, and passionate about all things workforce intelligence.”

A sought-after thought leader and speaker, few researchers in the field of HR technology can match the experience that Martin has accumulated during her career in introducing emerging technologies. Prior to joining Visier, Martin was Vice President, Research and Analytics at Sierra-Cedar where she assisted organizations worldwide in defining strategies to implement enterprise applications by providing visioning, strategy development, process innovation, value analysis, and business case development. Martin was also the lead author and director of the Sierra-Cedar Human Resources Systems Survey, the longest running and most acclaimed Human Resources technology survey.

“Lexy’s reputation for helping companies leverage technology as a catalyst for change is legendary,” said John Schwarz, Founder and CEO, Viser. “With Lexy’s appointment, Visier gains an experienced and proven advisor who will help our customers implement effective Workforce Intelligence solutions that improve managerial decision-making, streamline business processes, collaboration and employee empowerment.”
