Vancouver, BC and San Jose, CA |

Former Vice President  of Advisory Services at Visier joins the company’s expanding C-suite to lead the industry in the  practice of “Digital HR” by using data-driven insights in the pursuit of performance and culture

Visier, the recognized leader in people analytics and planning, today announced the appointment of Paul Adam Rubenstein as the company’s Chief People Officer. Paul most recently served as Visier’s Vice President of Advisory Services where he worked with senior executives from Global 2000 organizations to help them drive change through data-driven HR practices. Paul takes on this new role as Visier continues its expansion into new markets and deepens its impact with leading enterprise organizations. Earlier this year the company announced that, over the past five years, it has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 120 percent and surpassed $125 million in subscription sales.

“Visier is committed to leading HR transformation by example. In his new role as Chief People Officer, Paul will take the same innovations we create for our enterprise customers and establish Visier as the shining example of the modern HR function,” said John Schwarz, Visier Chief Executive Officer and Founder.

Leading the Next Phase of HR Transformation: Digital HR

The next phase of transformation for organizations — Digital HR — will use data and analytics to provide insight into  the drivers behind people patterns and guide HR executives and line management to better people and business outcomes. In his role as Chief People Officer, Paul will leverage Visier’s leadership in people analytics and planning to develop new innovative HR practices that will help business leaders maximize the benefits of their people data.

With more than 25 years of experience consulting and working in HR, Paul has extensive expertise in leading the transformation of Talent Strategies and HR Functions, with work spanning M&A integration, corporate strategy, total rewards, outsourcing, and service delivery design. Prior to Visier, Paul was a partner at Aon Hewitt, where he advised large enterprise HR leaders on talent and HR function strategy, and was the general manager of the leadership and assessment businesses. Paul’s experience includes global consulting at Mercer and working in the HR functions of Home Box Office, Scholastic, and Hyatt Hotels.

“This appointment is a culmination of years of service to the HR industry and is an exciting opportunity to make Visier a model of practice for Digital HR – using data-driven insights in the pursuit of performance and culture,” said Paul Rubenstein, Visier’s Chief People Officer. “Visier has already distinguished itself as an innovator in the market. It’s a privilege to work with the leadership team as we scale to meet the demand for our solutions. We intend to push the boundaries of how a commercial HR function can contribute to business outcomes.”
