Visier customers may electronically submit data or information to Visier for hosting and processing purposes in connection with a subscription to a Visier product or service (“Customer Data“). Visier will not review, share, distribute, or reference any Customer Data except as provided in your Visier Master Service Agreement, or as may be required by law.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not obtain personal information (e.g., name, address, email address, etc.) about you when you visit our websites unless you choose voluntarily to provide such information. Some areas of our websites request or require personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, email address, company annual revenues, number of employees, and industry (“Contact Info“). We do not share your Contact Info with any third party without your consent, except to the limited extent described below under “Sharing of Collected Information.”

Visier uses Contact Info it collects to perform the services requested by the user. We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly. Visier, Inc. has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, who seeks to correct, amend, delete inaccurate data or withdraw consent to further contact should direct his/her query to the Visier, Inc.’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests Visier, Inc. to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.
Visier, Inc. will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. Visier, Inc. will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
