Dr. John Sullivan

Dave Weisbeck
A seasoned software executive, Dave Weisbeck’s experience ranges from building development teams to growing multi-billion dollar businesses as a General Manager. With twenty years in the information management and analytics industry, Dave’s prior roles include developing Crystal Decisions and Business Objects products and product strategy. Most recently Dave was the Senior Vice President and General Manager responsible for Business Intelligence, Enterprise Information Management, and Data Warehousing at SAP. Dave holds a position on the HR.com Advisory Board.

Paul Rubenstein
Paul is recognized as leader in helping organizations link business strategy and talent strategy. He works with Visier’s customers to help them use data to make better decisions about their workforce and how they approach performance and rewards. He also advises the CHRO on creating HR functions that are fit-for-mission and the funding models for HR. Prior to joining Visier Paul worked in corporate HR as well as 20+ years consulting global companies.

Rachel Kucera
Rachel Kucera manages the People Analytics team at Lincoln Financial Group which is responsible for partnering with HR leaders to deliver insights across the employee life cycle. Previously she has worked in Continuous Improvement, Compensation, and HR Business Partner roles at Lincoln, AMETEK, and SAP America. Rachel holds a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Bachelor’s in Psychology from West Chester University and obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University.

Joel Nalbach
AVP Global HR Operations, Human Resources, Chubb
Joe has been with Chubb Limited since 2015 and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President in Global HR Operations. Joe is responsible for numerous HR initiatives that include assisting in Chubb’s future HR Technology strategy along with maintenance of corporate HR applications. Chubb’s HR Operations team is in a multiyear HR technology project to merge data, realign processes and build a roadmap that moves HR to the forefront of HR technology. Prior to working at Chubb, Joe worked for Accenture Consulting for 11 years supporting clients in their HR Technology initiatives. Joe has a BA in Information Systems and minor in Business Administration from NJIT and Rutgers.

Dr. Melissa Feigelson
Dr. Melissa Feigelson established the Workforce Analytics function at BASF, which has since been expanded to include a center of excellence that is responsible for key workforce insights supporting strategic business initiatives at the organization. Melissa has a PhD in Industrial Organization Psychology and leads a cross-disciplinary review across HR functions. She sets the strategy for analytics, and drives the design and development of tools that enable HR professionals to transform big picture data into meaningful metrics. Her work has included reviews of data and analytics across the talent lifecycle and includes the development of the strategic workforce planning discipline at BASF. Over her eight years at BASF, Melissa has been called out on several occasions for her work in building HR and business leader capability in the area of workforce analytics with a number of company-sponsored awards for her work, as well as the design and delivery of the diversity dashboard that won the Innovation Award from Diversity Inc. Melissa’s unique capabilities and insights in part stem from her own 15+ years of experience prior to this current role across several areas of HR, including talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, employee engagement and organization development. Through her work, Melissa’s core goal is to give leaders greater insight into organizational trends and empower evidence-based decision making. She has spoken at national conferences, including SIOP, TMA, IHRIM, and HR Tech and will be hosting a workshop at this coming HCI conference in February. Melissa has her PhD in I/O psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a Bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University.

Ebby Ajegbo
Ebby Ajegbo has been with Realogy since 2016 and currently serves as the Vice President of HRIS. In this role, Ebby is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of corporate HR systems in addition to enterprise workforce analytics. Under her leadership, Ebby’s team & HR are working on several initiatives to transform Realogy’s HR including implementing Visier, a recruiting/onboarding platform, enhancements to streamline Realogy HR processes etc. Prior to joining Realogy, she worked across various industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products, LifeSciences etc. and has over a decade of experience in HR Technology. Ebby holds a Masters of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management Information Systems from Seton Hall University.
