More than ever before your people strategy is a core concern to the business.

The global economic recovery has moved power from employers to employees, turning talent into a seller’s market. Yet the most commonly monitored HR metrics do very little to deliver true insight into the workforce. And while the people strategy revolution — the “datafication of HR” via people analytics — is taking HR by storm, many organizations are unsure how to move forward with this important initiative.

What is HR doing well? Where can HR improve? How can you put people analytics to work to drive better results? Join your peers in HR transformation as we tackle these important topics.

Keep the Conversation Going

The events will be followed by a one-hour webinar, hosted by the Human Capital Institute on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 9am PT / 12pm ET.
