Prior to founding Visier, he led and doubled the size and profitability of Business Objects from 2005 to 2010 through seven strategic acquisitions and a merger with SAP. Following the SAP acquisition, John joined the SAP Executive Board and oversaw the successful integration and expansion of SAP’s business intelligence business.
Adam Binnie’s passion is creating new products for customers that leverage analytics to transform how they do business. Adam is an analytics software veteran with more than twenty year's experience, and has created wholly new analytics software and solutions for organization like SAP, Business Objects, and Crystal Decisions. His experience ranges from leading development, to developing alliances, to general management. Most recently, Adam was Senior Vice President of Development for the “Internet of Things” at SAP. Prior to that, he was General Manager for Business Intelligence at SAP.
Ian Cook is recognized as a thought leader in the area of people analytics and planning. Ian leads the design and development of Visier’s analytics solutions. He focuses on how this area of practice can be deployed and developed to deliver the maximum business value. Ian spent 10+ years of his career advising Fortune 100 companies on HR strategy. For the last 10+ years, he has been leading the development of data-driven HR technologies.
Patrice is the Director, Business Intelligence at Visier. In this role, he leads a team of BI consultants, who drive implementations with customers to receive value. Patrice is a problem solver at heart, and his focus is to deliver technical solutions to solve business questions.
With more than 20 years in growth and revenue marketing leadership roles, Visier CMO Christy Marble has extensive experience leading multinational marketing teams in the technology sector. Prior to joining Visier, Christy was CMO of SAP Concur, where her multi-national teams lead omni-channel product marketing, digital, brand, communications, demand generation, and market-expansion strategies. Christy joined SAP Concur as Vice President of Enterprise Americas Marketing, progressing to Senior Vice President of Global Product and Distribution Marketing and CMO, and played an instrumental role in the company’s rapid demand growth and market expansion.
Lexy is a respected thought leader on HR technology adoption and builds ROI models. Known as the originator of the Sierra-Cedar HR Systems Survey, she now works at Visier closely with customers to support them in their HR transformation to become data-driven organizations. Lexy is Principal, Research and Customer Value at Visier.
With more than 25 years of experience consulting and working in HR, Paul Rubenstein has extensive expertise in leading the transformation of Talent Strategies and HR Functions, with work spanning M&A integration, corporate strategy, total rewards, outsourcing, and service delivery design. Paul most recently served as Visier’s Vice President of Advisory Services, where he worked with senior executives from Global 2000 organizations to help them drive change through data-driven HR practices. Prior to Visier, Paul was a partner at Aon Hewitt, where he advised large enterprise HR leaders on talent and HR function strategy, and was the general manager of the leadership and assessment businesses. Paul’s experience includes global consulting at Mercer and working in the HR functions of Home Box Office, Scholastic, and Hyatt Hotels.
Dr. Anton Smessaert is the Head of Data Science at Visier, the leading innovator in People Analytics solutions. His team is responsible for innovation in advanced statistical techniques that generate business insights from human resource data, as well as the development of new technologies that are based on Visier’s unique datasets. Anton is furthermore directing co-innovation programs and research collaborations with academic partners. Anton holds an MSc, specializing in Computational Physics and Machine Learning and a PhD in Computational Physics.
Jennifer is a Customer Value Manager at Visier. In this role, she partners with customers to maximize their Visier People Investment to achieve their desired strategic outcomes. Jennifer helps organizations enable evidence based HR transformation through more effectively adopting a culture of analytics. Prior to Visier, Jennifer was a Senior Talent Analytics Consultant at a technology company where one of her key initiatives was driving the successful implementation, rollout and adoption of Visier to a Global HR audience.
Jim is currently the President of Workforce Transformation LLC (WFT), a strategic advisory consulting company that helps companies deliver on their promises to customers, employees and shareholders. Prior to establishing WFT, Jim served as Executive Director of HR Strategy, Planning & Analytics for Celgene Corporation, a global biopharmaceutical company. In that role, Jim built a department that transformed the global mindset and re-engineered the process for strategic workforce planning resulting in significant increases in global workforce productivity. He also built and led the configuration of the Visier platform, implementing Workforce Analytics and Workforce Planning. Before Celgene, Jim led global talent acquisition and talent management functions for Merck KGaA / Schering-Plough, Pfizer, Ernst & Young Consulting and Andersen Consulting.
