Google has announced that starting September 2018, Chrome will no longer save site settings for Adobe Flash. This means that you’ll have to re-enable Flash every time you visit a Flash-dependent site. Visier Workforce Analytics uses Adobe Flash throughout the solution so this change will impact Visier WFA customers. Visier recommends the following options to offset this change:
  1. Use another supported browser to access Visier WFA. For more information, see Visier Supported Web Browsers.
  2. Re-enable Flash with each browser session when you access WFA.
  3. Contact your IT department to to save site settings for Flash by editing the registry or XML files that reside on your computers. This change can be pushed out to all impacted users by IT and will eliminate the need to re-enable Flash with each visit. For more information, see Google Chrome Help.

To enable Flash with each session:

  1. In your Chrome browser, go to Visier Workforce Analytics.
  2. On the left side of the navigation bar, click the Lock  button.
  3. In the drop-down list, click Site Settings

Result: The Settings page opens in a new tab.
  4. On the Settings page, on the right-side of Flash, select Allow.
  5. Close the Settings tab.
  6. Go to the Visier Workforce Analytics tab and reload the page.
