In just a little over a week, we will be gathering for Visier Outsmart, the people analytics and workforce planning event of the year. During this year’s conference, held May 23-24 at the W Hotel in San Francisco, over 300 attendees will experience two days of brilliant insights, advanced tech, and engaging speakers.
Naturally, everybody will have their personal list of most-anticipated panel discussions, keynotes, and breakout sessions. Perhaps you are really excited about learning from HR luminary Josh Bersin (this year’s opening keynote speaker). Or maybe you are most keen to absorb the real-world guidance of HR practitioners who work for brands like Tesla, BNY Mellon, and Facebook.
Yes, we definitely packed the agenda full of business-critical insights designed to help you move your career forward as a data-driven leader.
But science shows that, to process new information effectively, you also need a little downtime.
When it comes to recharging your cerebral batteries, we’ve got you covered! At the conference, you will have ample opportunity to CONNECT, EAT, and PLAY (yes, it does involve a little foosball and Jimi Hendrix). Here’s how:
At the end of day one, kick back and interact with other conference goers during a very special reception held at the W’s Social Terrace. Take the opportunity to mingle with our illustrious speakers, as well as HR leaders from various industries.
Also, during the reception, expect a little playful twist that we’ve inserted into our inaugural Visier Awards, which celebrate data-driven HR teams that are pushing the boundaries of strategic HR. And if you work in healthcare, we’ve got a meetup tailor-made just for you over lunch on day two. There will be no shortage of opportunities to connect with like-minded peers!
We’ll keep those hunger pangs at bay, especially during our special reception, where the talented culinary team at the W Hotel will be serving up gourmet California cuisine–including a slider station, potato bar, and full candy buffet!
For the I-need-regular-snacks-or-I-will-faint types, homemade granola bars, assorted chips, and candy bars will be some of the featured snacks during breaks.
During the reception, there will be exciting activities like a Giant Lite Brite, Foosball game, and LED cornhole. There will also be a fun photo booth to help you capture some memories to take back with you.
Oh, yes, and we can’t forget Jimi Hendrix. To get into the rhythm of the reception, hum along to all your favorite Classic Rock tunes played by Unplugged, a very talented four piece acoustic band. You can count on some pretty rockin’ Led Zeppelin, or Crosby, Stills & Nash riffs all night.
See you in San Francisco!
