Talent Acquisition Coordinator (12 month contract) – Vancouver, Canada

Visier is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an initial 12 month contract with the potential to go permanent. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will be responsible for championing an exceptional candidate experience and supporting the talent acquisition team. 



  • Creating a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional customer service in all candidate interactions
  • Supporting the candidate lifecycle by: posting, interview scheduling, administering assessments, background and reference checking, and offer generation
  • Coordinating the new hire set up for internal stakeholders and the new hire
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment requisitions,  metrics and ownership of the Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
  • Partnering with HR Operations to ensure all HR systems and processed are streamlined and integrate with one another
  • Support standardization of templates
  • Ordering and managing recruitment SWAG inventory 
  • Coordinating and supporting various recruitment events
  • Managing the employee referral program including tracking and monthly follow up on referral bonus payouts
  • Supporting employment branding initiatives such as: Glassdoor, Social Media, etc.
  • Work on ad-hoc projects, initiatives and other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in business with a preferred focus in Human Resources is an asset
  • 1 – 2 years of recruitment support or relevant experience
  • Enthusiasm, action oriented and excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in building relationships and creating networks
  • Analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Friendly, team-oriented, can-do attitude
  • Technical ability, with an ability to use an application tracking system (ATS)
