Senior Solution Consultant – West Coast

You will have responsibility for pre-sales field activities. During sales cycles, you will conduct product demonstrations, lead workshops, explain our data onboarding process, support RFI and RFP responses, and answer technical questions. You will help explain the Visier value proposition, our ROI, and how the product capabilities support that value. You will be measured on a team sales quota.

You will be able to work out of your home office anywhere on the West Coast.

This role requires 25-50% travel.



Desired Skills and Experience

· Minimum 5-7 years sales experience as a software sales engineer, technical account manager, or similar field-based, customer-facing position with a demonstrated track record of achieving quotas or similarly measurable goals. SaaS experience preferred.

· Minimum 3-5 years experience with HCM systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Taleo, or Workday. Some experience with HR analytics is highly desirable.

· Knowledge of business analytics and/or data warehousing.

· Exceptional customer-facing skills. Experience working with Fortune 1000 customers.

· Outstanding presentation skills. You need to be a rock-star in front of customers and be able to demo our solution with energy and depth.
