What you'll be doing...

We are seeking a talented full-cycle salesperson to help make Visier the world’s leading people analytics solution in the mid-market. This is a unique opportunity for the ideal candidate to drive big results in an exciting and critical area of our business.

Our product has already changed the way that enterprise customers measure and make decisions around their workforce. Our seasoned team, led by business intelligence and analytics veterans, has built the market-leading product in the space. On top of this success, we have launched our Mid-Market team to bring our game changing solution to organizations who desperately need people analytics.

Visier has all the excitement of a technology startup, with the solid foundation that you would expect at a much larger company. We are looking for driven sales talent who want to get in early on building our next big line of business.

This role is for a full-cycle salesperson who will sell to mid-market customers, where the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining high levels of activity that drive net-new sales opportunities
  • Closing deals.
  • Developing professionally to become a high-performance B2B software salesperson.
  • Supporting our high-growth, fast-paced sales culture.

What you'll bring to the table...

We are looking for high energy people who are dedicated to professional development and committed to relentless pipeline growth activity; people who are thrilled at the notion of being part of contributing to Visier’s goal as the premier destination in Vancouver to develop B2B software sales professionals;

  • You crave professional development in your pursuit of a successful career at the highest level of Business to Business, HUman Capital Management Enterprise software sales.
  • You have researched the Human Capital Management software sector and believe that this is the space that you want to develop your sales craft over the next 15 years
  • You may not have experience selling software, but you love technology and are excited at the notion of working in an environment where everyone is dedicated to personal and team professional development.
  • You thrive on creatively identifying new opportunities through relentless prospecting. This includes phone, email, social media, and other creative forms of communication.
  • You are self-motivated, and naturally maintain excellent time management skills with minimal oversight.
  • You would be delighted to stay in a Mid-Market sales role for 2+ years while you hone your sales, business, technical, and communication skills.
  • You want to work where everyone cares about our team and company, and put your stamp on building a great sales development system.
