Head of Sales Solutions Product Manager – Vancouver, BC

This is an exciting and unique opportunity where you can combine your expertise in Sales Operations with Product Management.

As a Subject Matter Expert for Visier Solutions for Sales, you will report to our Chief Product Officer.  You will be responsible for defining and expanding the content and value of our solution portfolio for sales leaders and teams. You will define, validated and develop the collection of analytical content such as metrics, analysis and topics that identify sales performance and productivity drivers that most attract customer to buy, utilize and gain value from Visier solutions.

We are growing rapidly!  With your proven success in this role, you will have the opportunity to grow into further leadership positions as we build our business.  This role is based at our office in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

What you'll be doing...

You are an experienced sales operations professional.  You have worked with a broad portfolio of sales metrics, processes, and tools, and you have your own vision of how the sales operations function could be enhanced.  You understand the selling processes and have experience a diverse range of sales models and challenges. You are able to identify process improvements in reporting, analytics, forecasting and performance metrics for any sales team and convert those improvements into compelling value for our customers.

You set high standards for yourself and achieve lofty goals.  You are committed to continuous improvement and will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.  You are a true team player.  You work well in collaboration with customer, company executives, sales leaders, field sales people, sales development, and finance.

What you'll bring to the table...

  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales operations or similar function
  • Minimum 5 years analyst experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Sales Automation (CRM) technologies and their application to the sales challenge.
