Field Marketing Manager – Central, USA

Visier is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to devise, execute, and measure marketing programs and campaigns that play a vital role in developing and converting leads and prospects into opportunities.

The successful candidate will have experience creating, tailoring, and executing marketing programs in support of specific sales goals in the field. With a focus on results, the candidate will have proven success collaborating closely and cultivating strong relationships with a senior-level sales team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Account Executives and Marketing
  • Work closely with Account Executives to define needs and goals related to growing the sales pipeline and accelerating the sales cycle
  • Assess sales challenges and create solutions to address those challenges
  • Create and manage a 6-month rolling plan for your assigned sales team and territories
  • Devise, execute, and measure territory-specific marketing programs that leverage a variety of marketing vehicles and tactics, such as regional tradeshows, field events, direct mail and email campaigns, and online marketing
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to keep Account Executives apprised of marketing initiatives, new collateral, customer success stories, events, nurture programs, etc.
  • Share results and best practices across the Marketing team
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and other members of the Marketing team

Qualifications & Core Competencies


  • 5-10 years marketing experience, in a B2B technology/software environment, with recent emphasis on field marketing
  • University degree with specialization in English, Marketing, or History preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating development and execution of marketing programs
  • Demonstrated success executing campaigns with marketing automation technology (Marketo preferred)
  • Experience with SFDC including reporting and campaign capabilities
  • Able to execute successful projects with minimal guidance
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines while juggling multiple deliverables
  • Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company to Fortune 2000 companies an asset
