We have a great opportunity for an experienced and driven Executive Assistant supporting two of our most senior executives.

You will support Visier’s CEO and President and will be a main point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.  Serving as a liaison to our board, senior management and employees, the Executive Assistant will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment working across multiple time-zones (North America, Europe and Asia) and multiple companies. The person in this role will be accountable for coordinating meetings, arranging travel and providing support to keep our two executives organized, informed and ready at all times.



  • Manage the schedules and meeting requests across multiple stakeholders for the CEO and President
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and President
  • Actively monitor communications (email, phone etc), providing the first line of action for escalations including prioritizing their focus areas and aiding in response
  • Handle communications internally and externally when delegated in a way that preserves privacy and discretion
  • Deal with incoming messages and e-mails, prioritize and communicate effectively while ensuring a high degree of privacy and discretion
  • Establish and maintain a system of organization that support our CEO and President’s priorities, track tasks and manages follow-up items
  • Provide an extra set of hands in following up on their tasks as well as the tasks of others whose work or information they may be dependent upon
  • Ensure that the materials and information for meetings, decks for presentation and other information is available and ready in advance of critical meetings
  • Work closely with the employees on the admin team who support other senior executives to ensure collaboration and teamwork, representing a well-functioning Admin Support group
  • Backfill and support other admin team members as needed to ensure there is an ongoing coverage to support all our senior executives

Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • Minimum of 8 years Executive Assistant experience supporting CEO and/or President
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and growing organization
  • Experience with a global company and/or tech company is preferred
  • Ability to write compelling, complete and concise correspondence in email as well as other mediums
  • Proficient at scheduling local and international travel, arranging meetings, preparing correspondence
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Google, MS Office and Mac programs
  • A true professional that performs well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Experience wrangling meetings and handling issues with internal and external stakeholders in a way that represents the brand and interests of C-suite executives
