As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for building Visier’s business. You will report directly to Visier’s VP of Sales. You will hire account executives immediately and future hiring will be unlocked with demonstrated success. You will sell the Visier People solution. You will build pipeline, negotiate and close opportunities, and nurture long-term customer relationships. You will lead, coach, and develop your account executives and deliver exceptional results to the company. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining your pipeline using our salesforce.com system and for forecasting with diligence and precision.
