Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Vancouver, Canada we are expanding into the UK. We are looking for self-starters who share our passion for delivering unparalleled service and support to customers, and want to get in early to help build something great.  This is a unique opportunity to be the first of many Customer Success and Visier employees in our London office.

What You'll Be Doing...

  • Manage multiple ongoing enterprise software implementations for our European headquartered customers
  • Deliver innovative solutions including business process design, application modelling and systems integration
  • Work with customers to understand their source data from their HR systems, and work with internal Visier teams to architect, map, transform, and process the data to fit within the Visier solution
  • Validate the processed data within the Visier solution, to identify issues and gaps, and work with the customer to determine next steps
  • Help to build out our first international team, which will include working with the Vancouver team
  • Spending the first couple of months in Vancouver, Canada for training and onboarding

What You'll Bring To The Table...

  • 10+ years of experience in leading the implementation of data management, or data analysis and reporting projects
  • Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL, data quality and database management
  • Strong familiarity with data warehousing techniques including data modeling and transformation
  • Knowledge of reporting tools – such as SAP/Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, Oracle, Tableau, etc..
  • Experience working in external customers facing roles
  • Experience working with remote teams in different timezones
  • Familiarity with the HR domain and HR systems – such as PeopleSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo, etc..
