Business Intelligence Consultant – Vancouver, BC

A highly successful company with ~$100 Million in funding, in only a few years on the market Visier’s Workforce Intelligence solution has been chosen by 120+ large enterprises, including many top brands. To accelerate this momentum, we are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-spirited individual to join our growing Customer Success team as Business Intelligence Consultant.

As Business Intelligence Consultant, you will possess strong BI implementation and data management experience, with the proven ability to work directly with and manage external customers and key stakeholders. You will have strong familiarity of data warehousing techniques and database management systems, as well as excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a SaaS environment coupled with HR domain knowledge will be strongly preferred.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leverage Business Intelligence and data subject matter expertise
  • Provide technical leadership to ensure successful project deliveries and implementations for external customers
  • Maintain strong B2B relationships and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client needs are addressed
  • Architect solutions by mapping client business problems to an end-to-end technology solution
  • Manage multiple project simulations simultaneously while exhibiting professionalism to ensure an incredible client experience

Qualifications & Core Competencies


  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading the implementation of data analysis and reporting projects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation services
  • Very strong familiarity of data warehousing techniques
  • Previous experience working with multi-dimensional analytic solutions
  • Knowledge of data management and database management systems, with SQL language skills
  • Experience working with various data types preferred
  • Project management experience with the proven ability to prioritize and time manage
  • Familiarity of the HR domain and HR systems strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of reporting tools strongly preferred, such as SAP/Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, Oracle, etc.
