Account Executive – Philadelphia, USA

Visier is seeking someone smart, creative, inspirational, determined, brave and passionate to join us in selling software that is revolutionizing the way enterprises manage their most valuable assets. This is a big deal and no one has attempted to do what we’re doing. We’re going big: our founders are recognized and respected pioneers of the BI Software Industry with solid track records of building and leading successful global software companies.

At only 7 years old we have the energy and excitement of a start-up, but with an established enterprise customer base, solid financing, and world class leadership. This is a great chance to join us and gain company equity in our formative years.



  • Minimum 5-7 years sales experience with a demonstrated track record of achieving quota. SaaS and/or business intelligence experience preferred.
  • Experience selling business value at the C-level. A track record of selling to the CFO and/or HR executives preferred.
  • Experience selling successfully to Fortune 1000 customers.
  • Consistent record of exceeding at least $1m recurring or equivalent quota in past positions.

  • Passionate. We produce software that makes information beautiful, accessible, and engaging. (Think what it would look like if Apple did business analytics.) We love our product and our customers and you need to love them too.

  • Disciplined. We do things the right way. We plan, forecast, and execute with focused energy and discipline. We’re small, not sloppy.
  • Ethical. There is no deal so important that we will compromise our integrity. We have a product that is mind-blowingly good, so the truth is our friend.
  • Customer first. We are a SaaS company and our customers vote with their wallets every year. We succeed when our customers succeed.
