Natalie began her career in Finance, where she applied her love of numbers, problem solving, and strategic planning to various roles. Her social side drew her to HR, and she worked as a workforce planning and analytics practitioner at two global companies for five years before joining Visier. Natalie is based in Los Angeles, where she takes full advantage of the year-round sun to hike, run, and go to the beach.
