Jackie Adams joined Meijer in 2017 to lead their HR Analytics initiatives and is focused on delivering talent insights to drive business strategies and results. Meijer, a privately held and family owned organization with 70,000 employees has a footprint of more than 230 stores, five distribution centers and four manufacturing facilities.
Jackie has 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field with success in developing and delivering strategies in HR Operations and Service Delivery, Compliance, HCM Optimization, and HR Analytics. Jackie specializes in the development of HR Value Streams, identifying ways for Human Resources to create and measure value in strategy execution.
Prior to joining Meijer, Jackie worked for Haworth, Inc. leading their HR Systems and Analytics teams in the development and execution of HR systems to support their Analytics strategies with a focus on the development of statistical strategies related to Affirmative Action plans.
