  • 86% of all healthcare organizations surveyed believe that talent plays a critical role in determining their patient satisfaction scores.
  • 30% of healthcare organizations surveyed indicated that in order to execute on their HR strategy they need to build a stronger leadership pipeline.
  • Leaders are 4.5x more likely to indicate “fostering creativity and innovation” as a critical competency needed for the healthcare leader of the future.
  • Leaders are 57.1% more likely to currently use post- hire assessments for ongoing development and performance management discussions.

This report looks at the patient-focussed strategies of ‘Leader’ and ‘Follower’ healthcare organizations. It examines how healthcare human capital leaders are planning to deal with key issues including retention, succession management, and leadership development.
