Chris is responsible for designing, developing and implementing enterprise processes and practices in support of their HR Operating model. He is also accountable for the HR technology strategy and roadmap for the enterprise and recently led the identification and selection of HR technology platforms that have enabled the HR & Payroll consolidation across Highmark Health. Prior to joining Highmark Health in 2013, Chris held leadership roles in Human Resources and IT in large corporations including Westinghouse Electric, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Giant Eagle, where he focused on exceeding customers’ expectations through enabling technologies & HR Shared Services operations.
