Derek has spent most of his professional career assisting non-technical personnel to build and get the best use out of analytic and reporting systems. Equally at home discussing technical issues or business processes, Derek now carries the responsibility of ensuring Visier’s customers are up and running – and reaping the benefits – as rapidly as possible. In the past Derek has worked in similar roles at Business Objects and Crystal Decisions, EDS and a number of boutique IT service and implementation organizations.
