Brett Schwarz, Business Development
Brett leads business development at Visier, responsible for channels, alliances and partner strategy. Prior to joining Visier, Brett worked as corporate counsel for VMware where he was responsible for software licensing, including negotiating multi-million dollar deals, advising on strategic acquisitions and helping launch VMware’s mobile virtualization platform technology. Brett has also spent time practicing intellectual property law and holds a B.S. from the University of Toronto, a L.L.B from the University of Western Ontario and a M.E.C. from Dalhousie University. He was awarded a Precarn Scholar award in 2006 for his research in the law of information privacy and its impact on the development of pervasive computing technologies.
